The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries of handball-uebungen.de to the customer.
“Customer” refers to any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to its commercial or independent professional activities (section 13, Civil Code).

- Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The representation of the products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding offer to the customer to order items. By ordering the desired items, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
The following applies regarding receipt of an order via our online shop: The customer places a binding offer by completing the following ordering process in our online shop:
- Selecting the desired items and adding them to the shopping basket
- Verifying the information found in the shopping basket
- Confirming the General Terms and Conditions and clicking the “Checkout” button
- Choosing a payment option
- Reviewing and confirming the order by clicking the “Buy now” button
After reviewing the information prior to sending a binding order, customers can go back to the page where they entered their information by clicking the “Back” button of the respective internet browser in order to correct any entry errors. Customers may cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the internet browser.
The purchase contract shall come into effect when we accept the order by sending a confirmation email immediately after receipt. We will send emails in HTML format. Please make sure that your security settings allow receipt of such emails from handball-uebungen.de.
We will save the text of the purchase contract and send the ordering information, along with our General Terms and Conditions, to you by email. - Prices, Shipping costs, Payment, Due date
The stated prices are inclusive of the statutory value added tax and any other price components. To be added are any shipping costs, if applicable. There are no shipping costs for downloadable files. When ordering printed books, the shipping costs will be added to the shopping basket, depending on the respective shipping method. The shipping costs are based on the weight of the goods and are charged as follows:

When choosing the advanced payment option, the customer is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
- Delivery
The delivery of downloadable files will be made by providing a download link at which the files can be downloaded. Delivery by email is also possible (upon request). The purchased files are available for one year at the following link: Downloads.
The download link will be provided within one business day after payment receipt.
Printed books are ready for shipping immediately, unless specified otherwise in the product information. Delivery of printed books will be made within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. In the case of advanced payment, the term of delivery shall begin on the day after the bank mandated with the processing of the transaction has been instructed to make the payment. For all other payment options, the term of delivery shall begin on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the term of delivery shall end on the next business day.
The risk of accidental loss and the accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer, in case of shipment to destination, upon the delivery of the goods.

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to its commercial or independent professional activities), you may withdraw your contract declaration within fourteen days without stating reasons. Notification of withdrawal is to be given in writing (letter or e-mail, for example). You may use our downloadable Withdrawal form, this is not mandatory, however. For downloadable files, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the date of conclusion of the contract. For printed books, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, has acquired the material possession of the goods.
Contracts regarding digital contents not stored on a data carrier (PDF files, ebooks) may be executed before expiration of the withdrawal period (downloading the files), provided the customer has expressly agreed to premature expiration of the right of withdrawal.
The timely dispatch of the withdrawal shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal period. The notification of withdrawal shall be sent to our letter mail address

If the customer withdraws from the contract, we shall refund any payments received by the customer, inclusive of any shipping costs (but exclusive of any additional costs incurred as a result of choosing another shipping method than the convenient standard shipping method provided by us) immediately, i.e. within fourteen days after receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract at the latest. The refund shall be made using the same payment option the customer used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. There shall be no fees charged to the customer for the refunding process whatsoever.
We have the right to retain the refund until we have received back the goods or until we have receive documentation that the customer has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer shall return the goods to us immediately, i.e. within fourteen days after the day of the notification of withdrawal from the contract at the latest. The deadline shall be deemed to have met if the customer dispatches the goods before expiration of the fourteen-day period.
The customer is responsible for the immediate costs of returning the goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits shall be returned. There shall be no duty regarding a replacement of the goods or a compensation for the use of the goods.
